Hey Friend, I hope you are well in the Lord. God has put it in my heart to write books that will help fellow Christians understand basic truths found in the Scripture. It is for this reason that I have written two books early this year 2020, that I believe will be a blessing to those who read them and will enrich their spiritual lives.
The Lord has blessed me with the gift of teaching and book writing I now see is an avenue that I can use to channel my service to the Body of Christ.
The first book I have written is called “Disciples of All Nations” (you can read the sample here) and was written as a discipleship handbook that can be given to a new born believer and any Christian whose spiritual growth has stagnated and even those who have a deep hunger for more of God. I have prayed people into salvation before in different places and being evangelistic I was not able to follow up with them closely. This will be a valuable tool for not only evangelism, but also discipleship.
The second book is titled “The Holy Spirit and Fire” (you can read the sample here) and is written to Christians as a resource to understand the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and its effect on the life of the Christian and also how one can partake of this blessing. Receiving the fire of the Holy Spirit has so revolutionized my life that I would love every new born believer to experience this too.
The aim of this Ministry, Ben-David Evangelistic Association, is to “evangelise the lost world and to teach the Body of Christ.” Through these books we will be doing what God has put in our hearts to do. In 2018 in the midst of interning full-time at a Church, by God’s grace I shared the Gospel with about 400 people personally, one on one. This happened in Nairobi. We have been evangelising people in Mombasa, one on one since October 2019 and have planted the Gospel in the hearts of over 600 people so far.
We are doing this under the covering of Crossroads Fellowship, a church in Nyali, Mombasa where I attend regularly as a member. This is my home church and it’s also where I get spiritual nourishment from the Word of God and experience fellowship with fellow believers.
Please prayerfully consider sending a gift of any amount so that the publishing of this books can begin as soon as possible. The goal is to have met the budget by 31st March 2020. We would like to have the books ready by end of May this year (it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to publish them) and start distributing them in June 2020.
I have met two publishers so far and have been made aware that the cost of having 1000 copies for each book (2000 books in total) would cost about Ksh. 400,000 (4,000 USD). I am writing this to you requesting you to partner in this endeavor to help teach the Church these basic but fundamental Christian truths.
If the Lord puts it in your heart you can send a gift of any amount. I figure that if 400 people would partner in this work with Ksh. 1000 (10 USD) each we would reach our target but maybe you have less or even more than the stated amount. Give cheerfully from your heart as the Lord leads you.

This is a very timely initiative Man of God! I have been there where I’ve evangelize to someone in circumstances where I may not be able to connect with them again except direct them to a Sound Bible believing church near them. These books will go a long way in Discipling people and breaking many barriers that cripple today’s church from fully touching every new believer. More to that, believers will refresh and revamp their walk of faith by the amazing truths in these books. Thank you Patrick. I will hear God on partnership and obey accordingly.
